Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy

To ensure that you receive an appointment for the date and time you desire, we recommend booking all appointments two weeks in advance.

Consultations Policy

We are a locally owned and operated aesthetic boutique and specialize in providing high-quality aesthetic skincare and injectable services.

We require a $50 deposit for new clients. This $50 booking fee ensures clients are committed to attending their appointments. This fee can be applied towards services or products. Should you choose not to receive aesthetics services with LineOut you may request a refund of the booking fee.  

We require a credit card on file to secure an appointment. Failure to cancel your consultation appointment is subject to our cancellation fee of $50. This cancellation fee is not applied to future services.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our providers, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $50 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments, along with a $50 late fee. In the event of a no call/no show, you will be charged the $50 fee. If a client has 2 late cancelled/no shows, a deposit of $100 will be required to book any future appointments.

* We recognize that LineOut Aesthetics does not have curb side parking. Please plan accordingly. In each confirmation email a link with a map and video is provided to ensure our clients can easily find our location. Every new client receives an email and text message with a map and link to assist in finding our location.

Pricing & Prepayments Policy

Pricing for products and services is subject to change any time. Once prepaid, you have up to 1 year to redeem the purchased service(s) from the date of purchase.

If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card or Cherry – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc., we cannot accept credit or debit cards or Cherry from the client and require payment in cash.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We do not offer any returns or refunds on services performed. We always do our best to get your desired outcome but results vary from person to person. Nothing is guaranteed. If additional services/treatments are needed, clients will be responsible.

We do not offer refunds on retail products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

Child Policy

To ensure the safety of children (under the age of 18) and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while receiving their services. If you cannot find childcare, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

An adult must accompany children under the age of eighteen (18) receiving services.
