I had my first appointment, with Sarah, about a month ago and am returning next week. Sarah listened to my concerns and suggested what product I might use. We took quite some time to figure out what would work best but I never felt rushed. First time Botox user and now I wonder why I waited so long! Sarah is a wizard with a needle! I have had numerous fillers in the past and always bruised enough that I was covering everything for at least three weeks but this time I had almost no bruising!

They made something that is kind of scary doing for your first time seem like no big deal and they go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable.
